Installation Guide:Wrap the cover tightly around the frame.Secure with the 4 Velcro strips that are across from one anotherAttach the T­shaped bracket to the frame and secure with the 2 (smaller) black knobs.Secure the remaining Velcro strips around the bracket.Attach the L­shaped bracket to your scooter's universal receiver under the seat and secure with clevis pin and screw knob. Place the covered frame into the L­shaped bracket and secure with the Clevis pin followed by the last black knob. Size: 33''x27''x42.5-50'' (Height is adjustable)
